This was day 4 of the UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships

And what a finale: two Irish women on a tandem stole the show. Despite mechanical problems and several stops, Katie-George Dunlevy and pilot Linda Kelly still rode solo to the finish line. Pure class.
The morning session produced seven new world champions.
In the afternoon, there were even more highlights. In the spotlight: Alexander Léauté crowned himself double world champion. Almost unbeatable. And he was certainly not the only French world champion today. That brings the French medal tally to 27.
To all the athletes who have conquered the hills of Ronse over the past four days: respect.
With those final rides, the 2025 UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships are officially over.
