What can you expect?

For the Para-cycling World Championships, we are looking for helping hands for a variety of tasks. From signallers to logistics staff, from reception staff to drivers. The range of volunteer tasks is extensive. We like to assume your talents, knowledge and interests and offer you an unforgettable experience during a unique event. In addition, we provide a volunteer remuneration for your efforts. If you have a passion for sports or want to be part of the beating heart of the World championships organisation, don't miss Ronse 2025!

Overview of volunteer tasks

The range of volunteer tasks is extensive. Below you will find five groups under which we place the different tasks.

Event team - set-up, take-down and logistical support.
Signallers, crosswalkers and parking stewards.
Green team - you contribute to an ecological event atmosphere and to the sustainable nature of the Para-cycling world championships.
Administrative support - accreditation, info, reception, communication
