
Race schedule
During the Para-cycling Road World Championships in Ronse, both men and women ride four types of bikes: a regular road bike or cycle, a handbike, a tricycle or a tandem. Riders are thereby classified into different sport classes according to their functional capabilities according to an international classification system. In total, there are 13 sport classes, both for men and women. Time trials will take place on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th of August, while road races will take place on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31th August. The World Championships will conclude on Sunday evening with the Mixed Handbike Team Relay.

The course will be closed from one hour before the first race until one hour after the last race.
